Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return & Exchange
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Return requests must be submitted through our Return & Exchange Form.

How Exchange Works
To request an exchange, please place a new order for the desired item and mention in the order notes that this order is for exchange.

How Return Works
For returns, the customer will receive their refund in cash from the courier upon handing over the returned shipment.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error from our side (defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
