Return & Exchange PolicyPlease read before you start

You can return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
A damaged, defective or wrong item can be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Nile Stock covers the return shipping for damaged, defective or wrong items.
For any other reason, return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds are paid in cash by the courier when you hand over the returned shipment.
For an exchange, you place a new order for the item you want. We mark that order as an exchange for you.
